BORAGE FLOWER

Star shaped flowers with a unique cucumber flavor, somewhat milder than the leaves. The petals detach very easily from the bract, so handle carefully. With the bract intact, the flavor is stronger and the colorful petals benefit from a contrasting dark green star behind them. Note that pink-to-blue flowers are somewhat rare, and cannot be selected for specifically. Orders specifying Lavender-Blue vs. White will be accommodated when possible.
