SHEEP SORREL

A tender green leaf with a very tart, lemony character that accents food beautifully. The leaves are a unique shield shape, with two ears projecting at the stem, the leaf coming to a curly point, with rippling margins. For such an unconventional shape, it adds excellent visual interest as a garnish.
